Policies For All Retail Orders of Personal Use Products, Party Favors and Gifts

Placing Orders & Payments:
- Orders can be placed on line, via email or by phone.
- All Payments are processed on line via pay pal or with wire transfers only.
- Email and phone orders will be invoiced and payments can be made on line via pay pal or with a wire transfers.
- Full payment is required for ALL orders to be processed.
- We do not accept CODs or cheques.
- For Personal Use products we do not have any minimum order requirements.
- For Party Favors, Party and Special Event Gifts the minimum orders will vary depending on the product(s) being ordered.
- All minimum order requirements are listing in each of the product listings under the description.
Processing Orders & Shipment:
Orders are processed as soon as they are received and depending on your order (products & quantities) your order will be ready for shipment between 7 days – 12 weeks. The following is a schedule of estimated shipping times for all retail orders, (not including delivery).
- Standard Stock Products: 7-15 days for your order to be ready for shipment.
- *Custom Blending for Personal Use Products: Available upon customer request. Please allow 2-6 weeks, (soap excluded, see below).
- *Party Favors: 4-10 weeks, depending on product selection (s) and quantities ordered.
- *Cold Process Bars: Please allow 8-10 weeks for your order to be ready for shipment.
- *Hot Process Soap: Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be ready for shipment
- *Custom Soap Blending: Available upon client requests. Please allow 10-12 weeks.
*Minimum Order Quantities will vary depending on your product choice.
We understand that sometimes you need something sooner rather than later and we will try to accommodate RUSH orders as best as possible. However, please note that not all orders can be RUSHED and RUSHED orders often mean additional expenses that are not factored into the listed prices. Therefore, you will be charged a premium on RUSH orders.
- RUSH Orders are billed an additional 50% of your total order.
- Before placing your order, we recommend that you speak with us first; we may have an alternate solution.
Method of Shipment:
For Toronto, the GTA area and Ontario
- We ship via Local Couriers or with Canada Post and offer combined shipping rates for Toronto and the GTA, and discounted shipping rates for Ontario.
- Shipping Options are made available once you enter your destination postal code.
- You may select an alternate method for shipment during the check out and pay via pay pal.
All Provinces: We ship via Canada Post
- You can select your method of shipment at check out.
- We generally ship via Canada Post and depending on your postal code various options will be available to you.
- Please select the shipment method that best suites you.
Retail Orders are processed as soon as they are received so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it has not, we will be more than happy to make changes to your order within 24 hours .
- If you change your mind and want to cancel your order with in the first 24hours that your order was placed a $50.00 Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
- We do not refund or alter orders once they have been processed.
- All CANCELLATIONS made after 24 hours of placing your order and before shipment is made, will be charged an 80% Cancellation & Loss Recovery Fee. This will be applied against your total purchase order and deducted from your refund.
- NO products will be shipped out, once a refund has been issued.
- No refunds are issued once products have been shipped.
- Refund entitlements will be reimbursed by the same method that was used to pay for your order.
Due to the nature of the product; for your health, safety and for hygiene reasons we cannot restock or resell products, therefore we do not accept returns. Returns are accepted on damaged products only. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort possible to resolve any issues.
